The PASET Regional scholarship and innovation fund (RSIF) African Host University is offering scholarship opportunities to Africans who are looking at pursuing a degree program in Applied Sciences, Engineering and Technology (ASET) fields.
RSIF aims to provide the ecosystem necessary to nurture its scholars during their Ph.D. program and continue to create the support system for them after graduation.

- Applicants must be Masters degree holders
- Applicants must demonstrate leadership potential, such as community service in areas related to PASET RSIF fields of study
- Applicants must be citizens of a sub-Saharan African country willing to enroll full-time in a Ph.D. program at an RSIF African Host University
